Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pregnancy Wheel service ("Service"), operated by us ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, including through any MCP-compatible client, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

This app is developed by an independent developer and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical, obstetric, or midwifery advice. Always consult your doctor, midwife, or other qualified healthcare provider regarding your pregnancy and prenatal care.

Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service calculates an estimated current pregnancy week, due date, trimester, and a fruit-size comparison for the baby, based on the last menstrual period date or due date you provide, and displays it on an interactive pregnancy wheel widget. The Service is:

• Free to use with no registration required.
• Accessible via any MCP-compatible client.
• Provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, for general informational and entertainment purposes only.

You may use the Service to:

• Calculate your current pregnancy week, due date, and trimester for personal, informational use.
• Look up the fruit-size comparison and milestones for any pregnancy week (1-42).
• Integrate the Service into your own AI workflows or applications for non-commercial purposes.

You may not use the Service to:

• Replace professional prenatal care, medical screening, or diagnosis.
• Misrepresent the source or accuracy of the estimates provided by the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

Due dates, weeks, and trimesters are estimates based on standard obstetric formulas (Naegele's rule) and the dates you provide; every pregnancy is different, and actual outcomes may vary. We make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or medical validity of the estimated due date, week, or trimester.
• Uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service.
• The fitness of the estimates for any particular medical or personal purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service - including but not limited to missed appointments, incorrect due-date planning, or decisions made based on the estimates provided. The Service is provided free of charge; your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
